The queen room was awesome! It had all the essentials - a fridge for snacks, a microwave for quick meals, and climate control for perfect temps. the location couldn't have been better for us, with nearby restaurants just a hop and a skip away. Plus, it was so chill being close to the Grand Times. 🌟

Everything was modern, including well-trained staff with many other staff members. Enjoyed our comfortably furnished and well-appointed room. - the location couldn't be better, right by the lakeside and not far from the city center, restaurants, pubs, and a supermarket.

I did not like where the television was situated, as my daughter who is an paraplegic and had to lay down often to rest, she could not see the tv from her bed or my bed, it would have been nice if it had been on the chest of drawers in front of the beds. It also was too low to watch when sitting on the sofa or chairs. That was the only thing that was not quite right everything else was excellent.

Chic and reasonably clean hotel with accommodating and attentive staff with many other staff members. Central location right next to the lovely summer time local market. So close to Sherbrooke, and Lac des Nations.

The hotel has a beautiful central location adjacent to a hot tub, the downtown area, and a park with a lake. the rooms were modern and neat, with a lovely view. - It had everything I needed, including an elliptical machine.

It's well situated. I had two large windows with a view on the lake. It's a new hotel, no smoking and you can smell.it

I didn't like the fact that I could'nt have any quest for breakfast. I would like in a hotel to have the same comfort that I have home. I mean heated tiles in the bathroom.

Mattesses were very good. Bathrooms were huge.Lay out of room was good. I like that you make the guests sign a waiver on noise pollution and respect of property... Hopefully prevents any teenages/sport teams from acting out inappropriately.

The only thing that I think you could improve upon is your breakfast.Given that we are in Quebec, I would have loved to have seen some coissants and some granola, raisons, nuts, to put on the cereals.

Awful breakfast -- processes sliced bread, stale cheese, packaged marmelade and jam, etc. No real exercise room -- three machines, one of which was broken the whole time. No room service. More like a well-designed motel than a hotel.
